Ken and Kerry White are a dynamic couple who have made significant strides in the real estate industry. Ken is the COO and Kerry is the CEO of HomeQuest Properties, Inc and YHS Realty, a real estate brokerage company specializing in new home and residential sales with locations in Georgia and Louisiana. Ken and Kerry have been in the real estate industry for over 21 years, most of which has been spent in the new construction sector. They are currently building homes in Loganville, Atlanta & Covington, GA, as well as in Plaquemine, LA.
Ken is an active member of the Black Builder Association of Gwinnett, the Steering Committee for Economic Development in impoverished neighborhoods under The Rainbow Push Coalition, and the Atlanta Homebuilder Association. He was born and raised in Modesto, Louisiana, and completed his undergraduate degree at Georgia State University after starting his college education at Southern University.
Kerry is an award-winning sales manager who has developed award-winning teams with annual sales of over 700 homes. Kerry is an executive co-chairwoman of the Professional Women in Building of the Greater Atlanta Homebuilder Association and a former member of the Board of Trustees for The National Association of Home Builders PWB chapter.
In addition to her successful career, Kerry is also a member of the executive board of Harriett's Daughters, a non-profit organization that mentors young ladies whose mother is transitioning or has transitioned due to cancer. She is a member of the illustrious Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Kerry has a bachelor's degree in Marketing from Georgia State University and an Executive MBA from Howard University.
Ken and Kerry have two young adults who are both pursuing careers in the family businesses of real estate and construction. They also mentor young men and women in construction management. Together, Ken and Kerry White have become a force to be reckoned with in the real estate and construction industries.
